Develop, assess, monitor and manage the implementation of strategic business initiatives across the COO organization.Facilitate discussions on special projects across multiple regions and/or functions.Liaise with Global Solution Organization on enhancements to CRS technology platforms to support portfolio analytics, automating data wherever possible.Coordinate with CRS Global/Regional Finance Partners and Regional teams to construct financial presentations as part of the Annual Plan, QMMF and QBR processes.Work with global CRS Finance partners to develop financial analysis and related portfolio analysis.Partner with Resource & Location Strategy and Citi Shared Services to develop strategic playbook in relation to the Citi Solution Center network.Partner with Citi businesses to develop detailed space and occupancy plans.Act as the global liaison and work with regional teams to develop detailed portfolio analysis.Create executive presentations to articulate business goals and progress through insights derived through detailed portfolio analysis.Produce detailed analysis in relation to portfolio (current/future), space allocation, space utilization and portfolio planning, including ad hoc analysis in relation to special topics.Support development and monitoring of annual business goals.The CRS Portfolio Strategy & Analytics reports to the Chief Operating Officer of Citi Realty Services.
